Special rates
The child rate is applicable from 4 to 12 years old (inclusive).
Children under 4 years old are considered babies, the rate is 15.-CHF, please note that booster seats and baby seats are not provided.
Prohibitions
Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Animals are not allowed on the bus.
Payment
Keytours accepts payment by credit card without bank charges.
Liability
Keytours declines all liability for damage caused by delay, cancellation of a trip, or for any missed connection with any other means of transport. As a result, it will not be able to cover the costs and other consequences that may result.
The law applicable to the transport contract determines the other cases where the carrier is released from its liability. The transport contract as well as the civil liability of the carrier are subject to the laws of the country of the carrier who actually carried out the transport.
The luggage carried is at the risk of the travelers during the entire trip. Small packages, coats, blankets, umbrellas, cameras and any other hand luggage are transported under the full responsibility of the traveler.
Cancellation conditions
– More than 6 days before departure: 10% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
– 3 to 5 days before departure: 50% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
– Less than 2 days before departure: 100% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Exception made for travelers who have subscribed to the Keytours cancellation insurance available for trips of more than one day.
